The organic
eco farm at Sossogna has been providing holiday accommodation
since 1986. We sell our organically grown fruit and vegetables
and make homemade jam with plums, peaches, elderberries, wild
loquats and blackberries. We gather sweet chestnuts and walnuts
in autumn to sell at local markets. Our sweet chestnut jam is
a house speciality. |

| Families are particularly
welcome as children can play freely in the large meadows or
at the fresh water springs and pools. |

| The natural
spring forms a pool big enough for bathing of exceptionally
pure spring water with cleansing properties. The sunny sloping
terraces, flower beds festooned with aromatic herbs and flowers,
sweet chestnut trees and nearby wood do much to enhance a rural
feeling of well being, where you can explore the rich flora
and fauna of the Sossogna valley and landscape. |
